Always trim the wick before each use - leave the candle lit until the whole surface of the candle becomes liquid - do not burn it more than 2 hours in a row - never move the candle while burning - place the candle on a heat resistant surface - do not leave unattended - keep out of the reach of children & pets  If you follow these recommendations, you should optimize its combustion.

Normally our big candles last 55 hours roughly (220g of wax).
